I'm at Insitu, deep in the discovery pipeline. Most days that means making retrieval actually accurate, writing evals I trust, and keeping the async workers from falling over when the data gets messy.

Nights & weekends
Building Evolv and trystub. Prompt evolution on one side, a budget agents cannot overspend on the other.
Trying to get better at
The hard parts of distributed systems: backpressure, idempotency, and resumable pipelines that don't quietly lie about where they got to. Easy to demo, genuinely hard to get right.
Off the clock
Drawing and singing. Some of it ends up on coversbyceo.
