A voice agent for a bank's failed-payment line takes calls in Hindi and English and refunds a failed debit to the account on file. Every tool call passes a policy check first. ClearGate attacks the gated agent beside the same agent with no guardrails, evolves the attacks, gates CI and signs a record anyone can verify offline. When the agent refuses, Amazon Polly tells the caller why and where to go instead. On a local stand-in of the policy runtime, the unguarded agent sent ₹2,22,840 to accounts not on file and the gated one sent ₹0.
